Referral programme
These terms govern the building-agents.com referral programme, operated by Ynotbetter UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By sharing your referral link you take part in it.
Taking part
Any member with a running subscription from the Pro tier up can take part. The referral link is created in your account under Subscription & billing; taking part is free and does not create an employment, commercial agency or partnership relationship. A person is attributed exactly once, to the link they signed up through. The attribution is permanent and cannot be changed afterwards.
Amount
The discount is 10 % of the net revenue of every paid invoice of a referred member. Net means: after discounts and excluding VAT. For annual subscriptions the 10 % are earned once on the annual invoice, not pro rata per month. The discount keeps being earned for as long as the referred subscription is paid.
How it is settled
The discount is credited to your own subscription and applied to your next invoice. There is no cash payout. If the credit exceeds the invoice amount, the remainder stays on your account and is applied to later invoices, which can bring your own bill down to zero. If your own subscription ends, a remaining credit does not expire, but it can only be used against a new subscription.
Reversal
If an invoice is refunded, voided or charged back, the matching discount lapses and the credit is deducted again in the same amount. This also applies to partial refunds.
What is excluded
Self-referrals earn no discount: second accounts, accounts of household members under the same control, and any attribution that traces back to the same person. Also excluded are unsolicited bulk messages, paid advertising on our brand and product names, misleading claims about features or price, and offering vouchers or cashback in exchange for signing up. Where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse we may reverse discounts and disable the referral code.
Term and termination
Either side can end participation at any time without notice. Discounts already earned and not reversed remain valid. We may change or discontinue the programme with 30 days' notice, announced by email to the address on your account.
Taxes
The credit reduces the price of your own subscription. You are responsible for how it is treated for tax purposes on your side; we cannot provide advice on this.
