The mill that beeps
How an agent finds its way through a knowledge graph: reports become nodes and edges, and the agent walks round by round, seeing only its surroundings.
0Sentences, not tables
A knowledge graph sounds like a database. At its core it's something much simpler: a pile of small sentences, all with the same shape. Something stands in a relation to something else. Subject, relation, object.
A sentence from a service report:
On the FM-500 (SN 4711), error E-217 occurred on 2025-03-12. The cause was a worn spindle bearing SKF-6205.

Knowledge is lots of small sentences. Collect them and you get a network – and an agent can walk through that network. That's what this unit is about, told as one story: a milling machine that beeps.
